عفن القنابع البكتيري
عفن القنابع في القمح يظهر في شكل اسوداد مخطط بالقرب من قواعد القنابع وقد يمتد الى نصف طول القنابع والعصافات’ وينتشر المرض في الجو الرطب الممطر اثناء تكون السنابل
يسبب الرض البكتيرياPseudomonas syringae pv. atrofaciens; Syn. Pseudomonas atrofaciens
تنتقل البكتيريا بالهواء ومع بقايا القمح
لا توجد مكافحة للمرض
Basal glume rot
Symptoms: dark blotches or streaks near base of glumes streaks may extend more than halfway up glumes.
Environment :wet, mild weather during heading and grain fill
Cause by: Pseudomonas syringae pv. atrofaciens; Syn. Pseudomonas atrofaciens)
Survival: bacterium survives on residues, in soil and on seed. Windblown dust or residue fragments carry bacteria to heads
